They can access online Explanation of Benefits ("EOBs") for one year from the date the EOB was processed and access claims history from the past two years. To register to receive instant on-line notification of a new EOB and to access EOBs on-line, members should follow these easy steps: Log onto their member Website, "My Blue Link" at www.highmarkbcbs.com Click "My profile" and select "e-delivery options" Click "edit" next to "Electronic EOB Delivery" and follow the steps When a new EOB is processed, the member will be notified by e-mail Paper EOBs will continue to be sent to members that do not register to receive them on-line.
